Leadership at Alpha Gamma Rho The leadership that develops within the Chapter has always been an important aspect of its activities, because the men who make up the membership each year conduct the actual business of the Chapter. It is true that the Chapter has always had at least one Chapter Advisor and at times a second person as an assistant or an alternate Chapter Advisor who is qualified to assist with the Chapter's regular program and to assume the complete role of Chapter Advisor. Each year, the Chapter membership selects a Noble Ruler, along with 8 Vice Noble Rulers. The officers are elected around November and serve starting January 1, until the next year. These elected officers are: 1. Noble Ruler 2. VNR Activities 3. VNR Finance 4. VNR Recruitment 5. VNR Scholarship 6. VNR Planning 7. VNR Alumni Relations 8. VNR House Management and Operations 9. VNR Membership Development Other leadership opportunities exist with the Diversity Chair, House committees, and other opportunities. Pi Chapter excels in helping our members achieve leadership skills that are used in other campus activities and you will often find our members leading those student organizations.
